Return Policy
All Custom Products
Premier Parts Canada warrants to the original retail purchaser of the vehicle the custom product to
be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year unless otherwise stated. All
custom items are covered by the manufacturer, which ensures we will make sure that everything
fits to your satisfaction. Our custom items and their related products and materials are guaranteed
to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of your purchase.
We will happily repair or replace the defective part, but that part only. Normal wear and tear incurred
during the long life of your custom accessories, or damage inflicted during installation, are not
covered.
Returns for Custom Items
Returns for items such as custom wheels, wheel packages and parts will be dealt with based on
the situation. We do will not be responsible for return shipping and handling for customer errors.
We will gladly accept returns for defective items. This warranty will be effective only if the defective
item is returned along with original sales receipt and must have an RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number. All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please
call or e-mail us to obtain one. Items returned without an authorization number will be rejected.
Unauthorized return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Since these items are
custom-made, there are no refunds or exchanges. The warranty will only cover the replacement or
repair costs of the merchandise. The product(s)/item(s) may be repaired at the manufacturer's
discretion.
All Other Products
Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment for credit as follows:
- Factory Defect or Error: Full return, full credit, including original shipping and handling OR
replacement shipment at no charge (customer is responsible for return shipping charges).
- Customized Products: Monogramming and embroidered logos and other customized items are
non-returnable, non-refundable. No exceptions, except for factory defect(s).
- Customer Ordering Error: Please contact us - we want to make sure you are a happy customer!
- Return Credit: Your credit card will be credited for your product upon receipt of the product in our
Return Center.
IMPORTANT: For all products, you must contact us first to notify us of the issue and to receive an
RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) number. Any items received without an RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number will not be accepted.
