Radiator, AC Condenser, and Heater Core Warranty & Return Policy
Lifetime Service Guarantee Limitations
New Complete Radiator Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Premier Parts Canada, a division of Premier Performance, warrants to the original retail purchaser
of the vehicle the radiator to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the
original purchaser owns the vehicle in which it is installed. AC condensers and heater cores are
covered for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and
tear. This warranty does not cover any radiator, AC condenser or heater core that is used for
commercial vehicles (tow truck, snow plow, etc.). Agricultural and racing vehicles are also not
covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
In the event your radiator is defective, please contact Premier Parts Canada to make arrangements
to return it, with the original invoice showing date of purchase and installation. Premier Parts
Canada warrants to the original retail purchaser of the passenger car or light truck the complete
radiator to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser
owns the vehicle in which it is installed. This warranty does not cover any radiator that is used for
commercial vehicles (tow truck, snow plow, etc.). Agricultural and racing car radiators are also not
covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. (See section below for these part numbers.)
Any unit that has been altered or repaired in any way, subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or
operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed will not be
warranted. All vehicles are provided with warning lights and gauges to warn operators of over-heating conditions long before engine damage occurs. Therefore, all claims for engine damage
caused by overheating will be denied. The warranty does not cover damage to transmission,
engine or sensor threads stripped during installation. Credit will not be issued for damage caused
by improper installation. Upon examination, replacing the defective unit will be the only remedy to
which Premier Parts Canada is obligated and to which the original retail purchaser is entitled.
Premier Parts Canada will not be responsible for any cost of labor, antifreeze, additional parts or
service required for installation. PremierPartsCanada.com will not be liable for towing charges,
rental or a replacement vehicle, loss of the use of vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, and/or any
other special incidental, consequential or punitive damages. First and original purchaser must
have a valid and dated "Proof of Purchase."
Procedures for Product Returned in New Condition
The customer is responsible for return freight unless the wrong part was shipped by Premier Parts
Canada. In this case, the party responsible will pay the return shipping. Premier Parts Canada will
credit the customer's account in the case of our errors. All returns will require a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. To receive an RGA, a customer must submit a PO#, Part#, Quantity
and the original Premier Parts Canada Invoice Number. Customer must submit proof of purchase
for all returns, defects, or damage claims. Premier Parts Canada will then assign the RGA
number to the customer for marking the box before shipping. The customer is responsible for
packaging the product sufficiently to prevent damage on the return trip. The customer must write
this number clearly in indelible ink on the appropriate line of the Part Number label. In the event
that the original carton is not available, the shipping carton used must have the Part# and RGA#
clearly marked on both ends of the carton.

The customer must notify Premier Parts Canada. Customer will have to pay for the replacement
part plus shipping until the defect has been returned, examined and processed. Upon approval,
the customer will be credited for the defective part. The customer is responsible for return freight,
which will be credited on approved defects. All returns will require a Return Good Authorization
(RGA) number. To receive an RGA, the customer must submit the PO#, Part#, Quantity and the
original Premier Parts Canada Invoice Number. The customer must submit proof of purchase for
all returns, defects, or damage claims. Premier Parts Canada will then assign the RGA Number to
the customer for marking the carton before shipping. The customer is responsible for packaging

Upon satisfactory inspection, PremierPartsCanada.com will notify the customer that the credit has
been approved PremierPartsCanada.com will then credit the customer. If the product has been
damaged and is not defective, or is not an PremierPartsCanada.com product, no credit will be
issued, and the customer will be notified.

Return of Goods Policy
In order to process credits efficiently and promptly, we have established the following guidelines:
A return authorization must be received for either defective or stock adjustment product. This
authorization can be obtained only by contacting us. Returns will not be accepted without the
proper procedures being fulfilled.
To obtain return authorization, be sure to have the following information available:
- Item Number
- Item Quantity
- Invoice Number (that item was billed on)
- Reason for Return
Items being returned must be handled in the following manner to ensure credit:

R.G.A. Number must be written on the outside of each package, near the address label.

Copy of original invoice must be included with return.

Packages must be repacked to prevent damage upon return. Multiple items must be individually
inner-packed (items damaged upon return become the liability of the customer). No credit will
be issued on products received damaged.

All items must be marked with the PremierPartsCanada.com product number.

All freight on good returns is the responsibility of the customer. Freight back to Premier Parts
Canada should be prepaid. If it is not, it will be deducted from the credit of the return.

Product returned as defective but found to be a stock adjustment will be subject to a handling
charge. Please do not mix defective units with stock adjustments. This will also result in a
handling charge.

Credit on returned items will be issued after returned items have been inspected.
