Carburetor Warranty & Return Policy
Lifetime Service Guarantee Limitations
Premier Parts Canada, a division of Premier Performance, warrants to the original retail purchaser
of the vehicle the carburetor to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the
original purchaser owns the vehicle in which it is installed. This does not cover normal wear and
tear. This warranty does not cover any carburetor that is used for commercial vehicles (tow truck,
snow plow, etc.). Agricultural and racing vehicles are also not covered by the Limited Lifetime
Premier Parts Canada, a division of Premier Performance, provides this warranty through the
manufacturer. The manufacturer does not warranty the proper or improper installation and/or
application of the purchased, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary procured carburetor
and/or the competence and/or diagnosis of the installer. The manufacturer assumes no liability
and will not pay for labor, damage, rental car, hotel, towing claims, etc. arising from the installation
or use of the above mentioned carburetor. Also, due to the complexity of emission control systems,
the manufacturer does not warranty this carburetor to pass emission control inspection solely on
its own merit. This guarantee does not apply to any defects caused by misuse, collisions or other
accidents, negligence, or any authorized or unreasonable use including, but not limited to,
improper application and installation.
The manufacturer neither assumes nor authorizes any person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair
technician, service facility, or company to change, modify, supplement or amend the Lifetime
Service Guarantee or assume for the manufacturer any warranty or liability in connection with the
remanufacturing, sale, shipment or use of their products. The manufacturer does not authorize any
other person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair technician, service facility, or company to make any
qualitative determinations as to the fitness of their products.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes, modifications, or improvements in their
products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter, modify, or improve products previously
purchased, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary procured.
General Products Return Policy
Purchaser must present original sale receipt and box must be clearly marked with RGA number
before any warranty work will be performed.
Carburetors will only be re-tested, and/or rebuilt under warranty with approval from the
Technical Assistance Department. The customer must first call the Technical Assistance
Department with any problems or issues, before removing the carburetor. An RGA number will
be required to return the product to the manufacturer for warranty work.
All carburetors must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty work. No exchanges, refunds
or credits will be given at any time.
Any tamper seal found to be broken will automatically void the lifetime guarantee.
Any returned carburetor, found to be contaminated with rust, varnish, or any other type of
contaminant, will automatically void the lifetime guarantee.
Core Return Policy
The following conditions must be met to receive core credit:
- Core must be returned in original box of purchase.
- Core must be packaged and wrapped to avoid damage.
- Core must be returned within 30 days.
- Core must have all original parts attached.
- Core must be rebuild able and free of broken parts.
- Core must be exact core sold.
- Core from salvage yard or with water damage will not be accepted.
No credit on the following:
- Frozen Choke Assembly
- Frozen Bases
- Broken Castings
- Disassembled Core
- Wrong Cores
